- We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, US Postal money order.
- We require a 50%, non-refundable deposit to hold any animal.
- Should anything happen to an animal that is being held by deposit, the buyer will have first choice of other animals for sale at or near the original selling price, or receive a refund of the deposit.
- The sale price does not include shipping, testing or health certificates. (A health certificate is required if an animal is to be shipped across state lines.) All vet related costs and/or paperwork are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Payment in full is required before any animal leaves the farm.
- We are not responsible for animals once they leave our custody.
- All sales are final. We do not buy back market animals nor do we "re-sell" them for you.
- All animals are vaccinated for pneumonia, CL and will have received their first C D & T vaccine plus booster before they leave the ranch.

All Wethers are humanely disbudded before two weeks of age and banded

All kids are dewormed regularly-starting at one month of age

All kids are on show feed by two-three weeks of age

Viewing of kids not to occur before six weeks of age
